Rose Quartz is known as the stone of Love with an energy that resonates with the heart and helps calm the soul and brings about deep relaxation and tranquillity.

It is made up of minerals including silicon and oxygen atoms, magnesium, iron and sodium. It has an amazing ability to reduce inflammation and supports the renewal, healing and rejuvenation of skin cells. It is also good for the heart and circulation, bringing oxygen to the skin which improves tone, lustre and glow.

When Rose Quartz crystals are used in your facial, they help the skincare product absorb into the skin to the cellular level, encouraging healthy cell development for a rejuvenated appearance. Toning up your facial muscles, increasing circulation, promoting lymphatic drainage, activating the acupressure points in the face, reducing fine lines and wrinkles, improving elasticity of the skin, relieving facial and jaw tension and is deeply relaxing.

On arrival you will have a consultation and, once settled on the couch, Rose Quartz crystals will be placed on your body and you will be also be given some to hold.

Anxiety, fatigue, pain and many other physical and mental symptoms indicate that your chakras are out of balance. Rose Quartz protects against negative energies, heals and purifies the aura, balances your chakras, helps with feelings of self-confidence, and supports lymphatic drainage.

Your Self-Love Crystal Facial will include:

A smoothing cleanser made with jojoba and sweet almond oils to remove any makeup and prepare you for your skin analysis, followed by a second deeper cleanse.

The cleanser is a luxurious cream which effortlessly melts away makeup and impurities and contains green tea extract to detoxify and purify your skin and is blended with uplifting eucalyptus and rosemary essential oils.

Next, your skin will be receive a  pore refining vitamin toner mist infused with hydrating rose water, Aloe Vera, cucumber juice and vitamins B3, B5 and C to help even out your skin tone and refine pores.

This will be followed by a light, gentle exfoliation to remove any dry and dead skin cells you may have and contains bamboo silica, macadamia oil, vitamin-E and antioxidant rich acai berries and elderberry extracts to soften uneven skin texture leaving the skin feeling smoother and looking radiant.

You will then receive an incredibly relaxing massage for face, neck and décolletage using an anti-ageing elixir containing rosehip and pomegranate seed oils with vitamin E to deeply nourish the skin and stimulate collagen production.

For the second half of the massage Amanda will use various polished Rose Quartz stones to drain the skin’s toxins while stimulating your facial muscles and help put you in a state of deep relaxation.

Next, a mask is applied containing healing plant extracts that will be specific to your skin needs and helps treat any skin conditions that were discussed during your consultation. A Rose Quartz Crystal Matrix Mask is then placed, which is designed to activate the acupressure points, calming and gently stimulating cell renewal – leaving your face feeling firmer and looking clearer.

The mask is therapeutic, with the healing benefits of rose quartz, and encourage the removal of toxins, improve muscle tone, reduce fluid retention, encourage lymphatic drainage and help to relieve any build-up of sinus pressure.

Relaxation time – you will be given time to continue to relax more deeply as the mask and the Rose Quartz crystals work with your physical body and your energy field giving you a full body experience!

Once the mask has been removed from your face you will receive a third cleanse and toner, followed by an eye cream with turmeric and vitamin C which will help combat puffiness and brighten the delicate eye area, leaving your eyes rejuvenated and refreshed.

Amanda will then choose the correct serum(s) that are specific to your skin needs and time will be allowed for these to absorb into your skin before applying a moisturiser containing 20 skin loving plants, fruit and flower extracts to nourish your skin.

To finish your truly relaxing and beneficial facial a delicious minty plumping lip conditioner containing wild mango wax, vitamins C and E to help protect, repair and smooth fines lines will be applied.

Following the final step, you will have time for a tea/coffee and Amanda will give you advice on how to best take care of your skin in the future.
