10 Jul A Walk In The Woods
As I sit here today, the sun is shining and there is a slight breeze in the air. It’s the month of July 2025 and I am aware that already we are more than halfway through another year!
We are officially into the holidays, and it is time to join in with your children’s summer activities and release your own inner child.
One of the extended natural senses that I use regularly is being able to see the energy field of my clients when they come for healing. This is known as external clairvoyance and helps me to locate where blockages are being held within the auric field, chakras and physical body, This enables me to direct the universal healing energies to those areas. For this, I will purposefully tune in as I connect with my healing guides to be able to work as a team.
I am often asked if I can see a person’s energy field all the time. The answer to this is “NO” yet I often naturally see things that are happening around me in what others may describe as the invisible world! When this happens I normally take this as personal information for myself and do not normally share it with those around me as I wouldn’t want somebody to feel that I had intruded without their permission.
Today though with permission from my good friend Stella who I have known for over 10 years – I am going to share a little of what I see and can be aware of when out in my own time.
Stella has a beautiful young daughter who I was able to connect with even before she was conceived and able to describe her personality and what she would look like right down to her beautiful curly hair! A few months later, Stella announced she was pregnant, and I knew young Tula was on her way. Tula is now just under 2 years old and right from before and after her birth I have had an amazing connection with her.
Just for a moment I am going to pause here as I want to acknowledge that we live in a fast-paced world and have many different things and roles to focus on, that often we can miss the tiny yet profound details that are happening around us on an energetic level!
A couple of months back, the 3 of us went to go for a walk around the woods. The bluebells were out in full bloom, and we were able to watch the tadpoles swimming in the pond. We were surrounded by trees, forest flowers, butterflies, small birds and even got a glimpse of a squirrel!
For the parents whose children have already grown up and the parents of youngsters right now – you will understand when I say that you put on a different hat when out with them, always looking one step ahead and on high alert of what could happen next. This was the hat that Stella was wearing as we strolled through the woods ensuring that Tula did not tumble into the pond while admiring the tadpoles and picking her up to comfort and reassure her she was alright when she ran too fast down the slope and carefully mopping her tears away. I was able to help and guide at times yet overall, I was able to be in a different energy space. Noticing the bright auras around the trees and feeling the lifeforce within the woods etc.
As we were making our way back to the exit following the path, heading towards us was a couple with two beautiful labrador dogs, for simplicity one was white, and one was cream.
As they approached Tula opened her arms towards them, she has always connected well with all animals and has her own dogs in her family home. She did not rush towards them and as they approached closer Stella asked permission for Tula to stroke them. The couple happily agreed. Immediately the cream dog pressed her head and ear up on my left thigh and stood very still. The white dog stood quietly to one side just patiently watching, not moving forward at all to be stroked.
I would say that to people looking on this would look quite cute!
Here is what was really going on. Tula pointed her small finger close to the cream dogs’ eye, who did not move an inch, and I could see a bright white healing light energy coming from her fingertip going directly into the eye. As I looked down upon the cream dog I could feel that she was taking healing from myself, without asking permission, so I immediately connected to source so she could absorb as much as she needed, rather than take my energy. This was showing in a fluorescent green colour that I see in an area that needs healing around and surrounding her head, ear, neck and shoulder.
At this point, mum mode kicks in and Stella gently pulls Tula’s hand away – while at the same time the owner pulls the dog back on the leash. I would say that overall, this would be considered a normal reaction and behaviour for a parent and a dog owner as neither would like an accident to happen – wouldn’t you agree?
We continued with some small talk and as the lead had been relaxed again by the owner, the cream dog immediately came back to putting its head on the side of my leg and young Tula again with her finger with that beautiful white light energy was pointing to and getting close to actually placing her finger on an area within her mouth! Still the white dog had not moved just standing watching, knowing what was happening. Once again the owner pulled the dog back and Stella gently removed Tula’s hand from being so close to the dog’s mouth who was just standing quietly still and relaxed.
In that moment I decided to share with the couple that it was okay for the dog to rest upon my leg as she knew I was able to help with some healing and the owners a bit bemused agreed it was okay, and Stella lifted Tula up into her arms while everybody watched on. I explained what I felt was happening in this experience and it turned out that the cream dog had a cataract in the eye and an infection in the mouth exactly where Tula was being drawn to, to give a healing touch. As well as that they actually had an appointment in the morning to take her to the vets for an ear infection!!
The woman asked when I will know when enough healing had been received and I replied when she chooses to walk off. A little while later, the cream dog looked up at me with eye-to-eye contact and promptly walked off shaking her head and ears as she went. Followed by two very surprised looking owners!
Although, Stella, myself and Tula will never know the outcome of the visit to the vets or maybe, never meet the couple again and know what the future would hold for the cream dog, in that moment a healing experience had naturally taken place and in my words I would say “that was meant to be!”
Young Tula is a great healer in the making like so many other young children being born today!
When a baby is born they still have the ability to connect strongly with the spirit world/universal energy as the crown chakra on the top of their head is wide open and then as the skull begins to close on that soft spot on the top of their heads around the age of two and society starts to tell them that the cow they are colouring is black and white and not purple (the colour of the cows energy field that they or seeing) slowly the connection can be withdrawn mostly by the age of five years.
This is an example of the types of experiences that happen regularly in my personal life and I am sure I could write a book on them as there have been so many – this is why after over 25 years I am still passionate about, fine tuning and still learning about seeing the energy fields that are present within and all around us, each tree, animal and crystal. So, the next time you see an animal trustfully approaching a stranger – there will be more going on than what you can actually see. For myself, it is a feeling of recognition on a soul level and knowing that I am able to help – even just for a moment at that time.
